Making Renovation Accessible
Our mission centers on removing the biggest obstacle to a great renovation: cost upfront. Realtors and homeowners preparing to sell can access full pre-listing renovations with deferred payment, meaning the project is paid for only once the home closes.

Her background spans retail fast fashion and high profile Fortune 500 project management, so she thinks in both big picture strategy and precise details.
Michele specializes in modern, less is more interiors that feel calm, edited, and livable, and she grounds every decision in ROI, timeline, and comfort. She actively favors non-toxic, eco-conscious materials when feasible, helping clients create healthier spaces that photograph beautifully, live comfortably, and perform strongly in competitive real estate markets.

Most renovation projects involve juggling multiple contractors, timelines, and points of contact. We remove that burden by managing the entire process directly, from the first walkthrough through final staging, with every contractor pre-screened and validated before stepping on site.
